Old Mutual is playing with people

My father took a life insurance policy 2021 at old mutual he paid the policy every month. last year much 2023 my father passed away so we did a claim at OLD Mutual They needed documents from doctors ,medical reports from 2*** we submitted each and every document . After months they come with a respond that they won't pay because my father didn't disclose about his medical history . I asked for the contract and the medical reports that my took when applying for the policy they told me the policy was made online , I asked them for the online voice records as they talking online they said they don't have it but what I know they say every calls are recorded for safety reasons why they don't have this record now ,they didn't give my father medical documents to go to the doctor The person who sold him the policy was not fair and she ******* my father so that she can reach her target . OLD Mutual advisor's they are promising people false covers because they want to reach thier target Old Mutual it's a **** They have to make the pay out as they promised my father and he was also loyal to the company
