OLD MUTUAL IS PATHETIC WITH PAYMENTS !!! DISGUSTED!!!!!!!

We have been busy with my mothers policies with Old Mutual for more than a year and a half.

On the 22nd of October 2021 i received 2 emails after i sent 10 to the protector fund as my mother was an employee of old mutual for many years!!

The email on the 22nd said that payment will be made shortly to the beneficiaries that my mother selected before passing. Today, the 28th of October 2021 we receive a mail to say that the assessors will be busy with re allocation tomorrow the 29th.

How on earth can you jump from payment to re allocation ???

We have been stuggling with them for so so long, my mother passed in may 2020 and ever since the policies has been dragging as if they have NO INTEREST IN THIS CASE!!!!!

Best of all. My mothers allocation was split equally and now i am getting LESS THAN HALF of what i was supposed to - that messes with my mind!!!!

I WILL NEVER REFER OLD MUTUAL TO ANYONE!!! (eventhough i am a former employee of them!!)
