OLD MUTUAL IS PATHETIC
Last week I complained about Old Mutual's pathetic service. I got a quick response email, asking for contact details. This was on Wednesday. It is three days later and NO effort has been made to follow up or contact us at all. This just proves that Old Mutual DOES NOT live up to its so called values. I will never recommend Old Mutual to anybody!
