Old mutual is pathetic

What an awful company to trust with your policies . I don't understand how a big company like old mutual battles to just get a simple policy cover correct. I've had unauthorised debit orders that I have reported, I was told that I'll be reimbursed my money, Over a month later , I am still waiting for my reimbur*****t, I sent emails and no longer receive a response from The consultant that was assisting me with my query . I was told on 2 occasions that the policies have been adjusted as per my request, come month end , a ridiculous amount is debited from my account, even with these ridiculous amounts being debited , i get sent emails that state that i have missed payment for a premium , I have called , emailed , the consultants are so unhelpful, it's the lack if respect and professionalism that shocks me all the time . With all the bad publicity that this company is getting, I would have expected them to clean up their act, it's such a disappointment .
