Old Mutual is NOT your "helping you to thrive" as they claim

Trying to resolve anything with Old Mutual requires time and money!! The call centre leaves you hanging for 45 mins then you get passed to 3 different departments, and then your call gets "dropped" so you have to start again!! Unbelievable that such a big company can take so many weeks just to finalise a simple claim.
