old mutual is not what they portray to be

I have a huge problem and am forced to lay it hear first before I go through with legal proceedings.Old mutual and I have had a policy.I started the policy in 2001,married.My husband and I got separated years later and early 2015 he died.After his death I find that we are divorced without my concent.I went to claim the policy and got told it's not possible as I am divorced.However this was never apart of the policy when I took it.so now I realize Old Mutual is not as honest as they portray to be.They to this day haven't paid my money out instead they tell me to go search for the decree of divorce at archives and I am still waiting.So best thing is the pay me out All my monthly premiums to date or they pay out the policy.This is utter day light roberry.It shows Old mutual has policies and aren't willing to pay anything out when the time comes.Showing that they investing *****ly with our earnings to their benefit.I am forced to take this matter the legal path is a solution isn't seen to from their side.Im expecting all my premiums at the very least.I have waited long enough and yet Old Mutual is lingering with my policy to find a solution.Sickening service and Totally Dishonest
