OLD MUTUAL IS NOT RELIABLE!!!

Old mutual Estcourt is r*****, I had my old mutual account closed, but it had a positive balance of 2000, I was asked to open a new account, my Id was lost at the time I was told to apply for a temporary I’d which I did when I went back to the branch with the temp ID, I was sent back again they told me to bring proof of payment, I mean am I ever going to get back my money, how does a payment goes through when an account is closed, how does a closed account accepts payment?????
