Old Mutual is not making contact

I have been trying now for a long time to withdraw my unclaimed pension from Old Mutual. I have filled out forms, I have spoken to numerous people at the call centre and also used the Old Mutual's WhatsApp service and I am not getting any assistance regarding this matter. I have lodged a few complaints and still no consultants have called unlike what your website says - "A Consultant will call you shortly".

I did notice that you do have a further step to take if one is not satisfied with the outcome of the complaints lodged. I think arbitration might be the way to go seeing as you cannot contact people regarding their queries. Your poor Call Centre staff are put through hell dealing with these issues when you cannot even bother to assist a person with a simple request.
