Old Mutual is not a good company

Could at old mutual note that I have a serious problem with their consultants that are threatening me regarding a payment that is going to be processed this month. And also they are lying that I do not answer my phone and they will summon me if I do not do the right thing. I've been stating that I have a serious challenge with old mutual not updating the credit bureau that they are receiving my payments instead my credit score is still affected of this matter. I'm no longer under debt review but someone somewhere is sitting there not doing they're job.
