Old mutual is nonsense

I went to old mutual on the 26 March 2024 initially is the Springs branch and because it was already late they said I should come back the following day, I then went to Benoni because I had a cash back they said the reason money was not transferred in my account its because my account was not updated they then updated my account and re opened my money account 9 working days later I'm still waiting for my cash back when I called the call center today they said they only put a request today and money will only be processed today and that time I went back to the branch yesterday in springs and they told me money its processed, so 9 working days still have not received my cash back.
