Old mutual is holding my Retirement Annuity(RA) hostage while I am investing at a loss in the process with their exorbitant fees charged on the (RA). I have submitted a section 14 transfer in Nov 2020 and each time I send a follow up on how far they are with the process, they just read my email and don't provide any response. I made follow up with Sygnia, where I would like to move my RA, and they provided me with feedback that they are still waiting for the form H from Old Mutual and have sent another follow-up to them. This can not be legal.
