Old mutual is frustrating

I have been on the phone the whole day being sent from pillar to post by old mutual trying to get hold of old mutual protect none of the consultants I spoke to have an idea of the 3 out of 5 policies I have with old mutual. I have been placed on hold for more than 30 minutes then have my call cut without any feedback this is totally frustrating and I am going to cancel all my policies with old mutual this is unacceptable.
