Old mutual is fast becoming useless

Old mutual decided to change my debit order date without my approval. I was debited on the wrong date thus my debit order bounced as a result of that. Now they have double debited me, of which, I shouldn't as it was their own fault that caused me to miss a payment. I want the one debit order to be paid back into my account or I will take the matter up with the ombudsman. Cause when I complained over the phone I was told to email them but a wrong email address was provided to me. How can we trust such an insurance company with our very important life matters if they can't even get the basics right.
