Old mutual is failing me as a customer

I have joined Retirement annuity and life cover with old mutual and only to find out funeral cover have been included without my knowledge even my signature was forged, the staff from old mutual paledi mall was even aware of the forgery as they even found a person who made the forgery. They assisted me to open a case and send it to old mutual head office, since then from January the head office is not assisting me and they still deducting my money. I used to do follow up with them but still they used to give me excuses. Can you please assist
