OLD MUTUAL IS EXACTLY WHAT IT IS ....OLD AND AGING IM SERVICE
I'm so frustrated by the incompetence I received from old mutual I have two policies that for reason they canot even allocate payment accordingly and efficiently. It's been almost 8months and now they call me saying I'm behind even after sending them proof and missed months showing on their statements.
