OLD MUTUAL IS DISHONEST AND IN Components NT

My husband and I had policys with old mutual. We went over to Discovery at the beginning of December 2024. Our broker at discovery did all the paperwork to move over from the first off January 2025. But since then old mutual did not stop the debit orders and it went of for the last three months. Since the beginning of January we and our Discovery broker is battling to stop the debit orders and to be refunded back. No one at old mutual is giving answers of what is the holdup and way we don't get the refunds. We have letters that show the policy is canceled and debit orders is stop but they still deduct the debit orders.
