OLD MUTUAL IS *****!!!!

A so-called senior final advisor from Pretoria old mutual by the name of Jonas Sekgota was assisting me to open a funeral policy, but the system went off during the process. He called me over the phone and asked me to accept some messages and I did, later I receive a letter saying that I have a policy with OM and that amounts that I never requested were attached to my family members on the policy. I texted him on WhatsApp and email, and told him that it is ***** to write things I never said and just confirm a policy for his liking and that he must cancel the policy as he is not truthful. He said that it was beyond his powers, if I want to cancel I must travel from Cape Town to Pretoria to cancel. He is *****.
