Old Mutual is Cruel and Insensitive

I have been their client for more than 10 yrs and paying premiums even with an annual increase was never a problem for me ad I was earning a big salary bit find it difficult now that Im a pensioner who is also a widow to add.I hv a life policy which doesnt go up and remains the same for years..One of the consulted once advised me to request a NO INCREASE on my premium because fIm financially challenged… I requested by writing and they REFUSED though gave them my valid reasons… I CANT AFFORD.. I hve wiritten to Ombudsman for insurance who gave them 23rd April as the final date to respond but a Complaints Assessor Terry Samuels +***6 responded so quickly and told me : though it looks easy but we cannot . Now my worry is that with my pension money I will end up getting it just for Old Mutual and if I cancel or surrender I lose all my money and they benefit .. Why are they so insensitive to a widowed pensioner .. Its not fair because the payout doesn't increase and premium increases every year… Cant they understand my stress.. I think that is why majority of pensioners die just after retirement…They deduct R943 every month and this will be equivalent to my pension payout not long… Im waiting for Ombudsman’s response
