Old mutual is busy eating my money

made a request to cancel my minor daughter's policy with Old mutual a month ago.after that they took R1000 from the policy and said i must submit supporting documents to get it encashed.i did that and they said they will encash in 7-11 days.after a week I made contact with them to check if there is any feedback,they said i must submit the same Documents,I did that regardless.they then responded and said they will encash in 12-15 days,now they don't say 7-11 days anymore.i waited patiently.now what ****ed me off is that 4 days ago they took another R1000 from the policy and say is charges.how can they deduct money from the policy of which I made request for encashment.why must i be eligible to pay charges for the fact that your staff is dragging their to get the money enchashed.is it maybe your plan to drag this process and deduct charges until the money is R0 balance?is this some kind of your money making scheme?how can a policy of only R30000 lose R2000 because of your slow encashment process.what the hell is this?just pay back the money you took from the policy and charge me only early cancellation fee and from there just encash the damn policy in my account ASAP,stop dragging the process for your own benefit.im really gatvol
