Old mutual is bad insurance

In fact old mutual is not taking care of there clients,hello everyone I wanna informed you about bad service I'm experiencing at old mutual,since 2018 I got injured at work I lost my thumb on my left hand side & I had extensive disability cover with old mutual I also send all supporting documents to them even now they are giving me run rounds of requesting unnecessary documents just to delays my claims,right now I'm disable I can't able to support my family cause I can't able to use my left hand side as I lost my thumb,on top of it old mutual is dragging there hands to pay out..
