OLD Mutual is all about money and they don't care for the clients!!!!

I have been clients with Old Mutual for since 2006 but i am so disappointed with their service there was one premium which was missed i will talk about the one which happened recently and no one bothered to call me and than the following months two premiums were deducted and i have to reverse the other premium because i did not know what was happening and then this month while was seeing the statement i noticed that they have not deducted for the month of July when calling them today i was told that my policy has lapsed over that one month missed premium and for me that is unfair hence no one bothered to call me and my whole trust and commitment has gone down the drain now they are telling me about sending me a revival form, the only thing i can say now it really shows that old mutual does not care about their clients they only interested in the money that we are paying like really how can a policy lapsed over one month of a missed premium over the years that o have paid!
