Old Mutual is a ****! The take your hard earned money with false policy promises!

I took out an Old Mutual protect policy in 2021 with the promise of protecting my assets should I be retrenched. Which sadly is what took place, I submitted my claim in Feb 2023 after reaching out in Jan 2023 to make them aware. Today date 3months later the claim has not be resolved, they have unnecessarily looked into my previous employment, I’ve supp**** all documentation however they still are not providing me with feedback. My home was unpaid yet I have a policy with Old Mutual and they had been deducting the monthly premium regardless. I want this claim resolved so that I can move on. All of their “management” seem to not have the answers and are silent when asked for feedback.
