Old Mutual is a **** when you want to withdraw your investment, they give you a run around

On the 12th of November went to Old Mutual branch in Menlynn to withdraw my investment, they told me all branches were offline and should do it on their WhatsApp app. The app gave me problems and on the 19th November I went back to the branch to do it at the branch. I was told my money will be deposited in 5 days, and when following up I wad told 15 days. 15 days has come and gone, still no money. Calling their HO is a hustle, they keep you on hold and drop the phone. Calling the Menlynn branch, they tell u they will get back to you and dont get back to you. I have been at their branch a couple of times and no help. Its like I'm asking for a loan, meanwhile its my savings. I was saving this money for my 5th anniversary gift and can't access it, I'm frustrated
