Old Mutual is a **** / Take their policy at own RISK

Old Mutual made my policy signing smoother than the word smooth. Everything was done telephonically including signing. No paperwork had to be filled out I liked that as paperwork can be tedious and time consuming. The twist came when I requested to withdraw funds. I was sent a bunch of papers that I now need to fill out and send back with supporting documents and worse I need the commissioner of oath’s signatory like what the fudge. So basically Old Mutual makes it easy to get their hands on my money and near impossible for me to get my back. Old Mutual is no different to a con artist with ******* tendencies. I am disgusted by Old Mutual and cant wait to sign out. You didnt care to know who I really was and where I lived when I was taking up the policy and now that I want my money you care to know who I am and where I live. It makes one wonder “how many people have their money tied up by Old Mutual and cannot get it because they cannot produce the required docs”. Old Mutual is a ******* of a corporation.
