Old Mutual Is A ****!

I am Ntombenhle luthuli. I'd like to share my hurt feelings about Old mutual. I'm very very disappointed about what they did to me during my cousin's death. I took a policy from Old mutual, I was paying R104 monthly in an agreement of getting R30 000 if my cousin passed away. On 27th of June my cousin passed away, I made a claim but they didn't pay until today.The most hurtful thing they did to me they declined my policy claim without informing me of which is not fair because I'm the one who was paying. I need Old mutual to pay all my fully claims since they only payed my premiums back. Therefore I rated them 1 star for that, because the agreement was not to pay premiums but was to pay full R30 000.
