Old Mutual is a ****!!!!!

I'm a widow, my late husband Richard Salani Maphiri passed away on the 2th of January 2021.

My husband left me 3 childrens which I'm currently struggling with them due to Old Mutual,school fees not being paid because Old mutual is not responding to emails neither phone calls, I spend the whole January and February going to their brance in Mall of Tembisa where I was submitting papers/documents almost everyday where I was sent from back and forth but even now on this date I have not received neither phone call or any message from them. I would never recommend Old Mutual to anyone,Their service is very very poor and communication is very bad.
