OLD MUTUAL IS A ****

I have 2 funeral policies with old mutual, my mother and father. My father passed on and I submitted a claim on the 5th of March the funeral is on the 12th, i still have not received payment. I have had the policies since 2016, have been paying without fail and now this is the poor service i get. There was not even communication sent to me about why the payment has delayed. I am so disappointed by this, i am stuck i am unable to bury my father. I am going to cancel all my policies with old mutual and i advice against using old mutual to anyone that is still thinking of using old mutual.
