Good day I’m so fraustrated with old mutual there ***** and ******** I cancelled my policies with than over 3 month ago yet they still deducted my money for the past three months what’s worse they deducted my niece school fees I send em an inbox on Facebook they promised to look into the matter only not to they said they will call after 3 working days it’s over a week I call them they don’t answer instead chow my airtime please don’t do business with old mutual there not trust worthy they ****med my sister deducting money from her yet the policy is cancelled I’ll be taking this master to Twitter they even gave me a reference for my complaint but they didn’t help me Okd mutual please BRING BACK THE MONEY YOU DEDUCTED FOR THE PAST 3 month whoever comes across this please cancel old mutual and seek polices from reliable insurers and trusy worth insurers the reference they gave me is OLCMAN***6
