Old mutual is a ****

I opened a retirement annuity and savings with old mutual.. I then realized that the amount I've been putting is too little I increased the funds that I contribute on a monthly basis which is debited from my parcel account..I cancelled n surrended everything and submitted all the necessary documentations needed ... From the 8th of December 2020 till to date am not pleased nor impressed because no funds has been payed out.. all am getting is threats that this matter will be cancelled since “i didn't write my policy number” and it had been provided...

Please help me
