if there was a 0 rating i would give it to old mutual. This is the worst funeral insurance policy ever. I have been trying to claim for my late course for the past 12 months at that time they are busy taking premiums from my account. i have been sent from one batch to the next, from one department to the other. After so much faith in them now i can certainly say they have no idea of what they are doing. I called their call center for the past 10 months they always tell me to hold then eventually drop the phone, i am exhausted from attempting to get my money, old mutual is a ****.
