OLD MUTUAL IS A ****!!!

I am actually disappointed in OLD Mutual. I had a savings investment policy with them that I was saving money for my self and this year early September when I tried to disinvest and take my money, I was told my policy was cancelled and the funds were paid out to my mother. I do not understand how my mother can have any access to my policies (as that is supposed to happen if Im dead). Old mutual Cape town called me and said they would call me back and give me a solution and a formal apology has never been given to me. Old mutual has shown itself to be *********** and irresponsible with policy management. They have officially lost me as a customer.
