OLD MUTUAL IS A ****

good day<br> <br> i have a problem with old mutual i took an investment last year and the person i was dealing with told me whenever i feel like i need the money i will get it and it will have interest , this year on the 19th of Oct. i went to the branch to check how far i am with my investment only to find out the money i have is less than the money that they have been taking all along i was so angry i asked why is it like this they said its only get matured after 10 years which is nobody explained that to me so i told the guy i was dealing with to please cancel this investment and give back my money and he told me that money i will get is going to be less than because i took it before time that made me so furious because no body explained anything like that to me so now they deducted money form my account but i cancelled the investment when i called them they said i must bring bank statement who is going to pay for that bank statement for their mistake i'm so furious i need all my money back form them they have such poor bad service they make money out of us they don't explain properly they explain things that will make us get attracted telling us lies so we can join i want all my money
