OLD MUTUAL IS A ****

After taking the money each month only now old mutual realized that someone did not do their jobs. We received after 7 months a response not to our satisfaction. The underwriters declined the payout after they initially approved everything. Who did not do their shows that there is only a bunch of ******s working for that company. I will not accept our money taken from us every month come the time of payment than there is suddenly a discrepancy. I want to know who did not do their job, because everything was clear and correct on our side. I'm highly Irate with the no service vie received from Old Mutual not to say bad service for the least.<br> somebody needs to sort this mess out ASAP!!! because you guys will not hear the end of me<br>
