Old mutual is a *******

<p>I joined old mutual in March thinking that I am making my life easier but it has been a nightmare...they debit me on wrong dates. And when I go to the branch they say they have changed it on top of that they can don't have certain information about their client...you are always referred to the head office they can't help you..I decide to cancel my policy with them because they debited me on wrong dates and it ended up with me paying more unnecessary bank charges. Thinking that I would get half of my money back from my policies I end up getting 1900 of the 6000 I paid over the months...How does that happen...Old mutual is a *******</p>
