Old Mutual is a ****ming company I made a claim early September everything I was sent to them according to their policy but till today I haven’t received feedback from them, I have tried contacting them multiple times but nothing tangible was given to me.
They’re ****mers and never consider the customer I am very annoyed by their service.

02 Jan 2026, 10:55Why are you using auto reply for every complaint, this is a serious matter that needs to be dealt with because you still debit my account but no feedback and no payment has been made to my account till this day. Why do you always have to investigate all the time but no payment is being made. The sms’s that I have been receiving are stating the same thing that you’re still investigating and feedback will be given
