Old mutual is a ****! and not reliable!!!

My dad's retirement annuity money was due for pay out on the 3rd of April, yet he has still not received his money!!! every time he goes and enquires about it, he keeps been told that he should expect the money the next day, which is a lie because even now, he has still not received it! It's been over a month since he has been going back and forth, and nothing has changed. After he had requested proof that the money was processed, no one rep**** to his email. I am starting to think that my dad has been ****med, and that he needs to take legal action. He worked for that money!!! he deserves to receive it, it is not a loan, he earned it!
