Old Mutual is a JOKE!!!

I was contacted by Old Mutual 5 years ago and was told that I have an unclaimed pension fund. I completed the forms and faxed it through, then only the get a call back a month later saying the same thing and when I said I already sent my details I was told to do it again which I did. The third call three weeks later was the same story, then I mailed it to Cape Town and faxed it again. Yet they went quite for a while and suddenly after many times of follow ups from myself I was told that my documents were never received. I then completed it again and mailed it via email. I followed up again later only to be told my ID wasn’t correct I then sorted this out and it went quiet. I followed up only to be told that me documents were received and that the process will be around 4-6 weeks till I receive my money. However after many calls yet again I was told my docs are at SARS…now I follow up again and not even getting a response! This is a joke and very unprofessional.
