Old Mutual is a horrible heartless company

Old Mutual is one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune of dealing with. After my father passed away we've been sent from to post with a simple claim that was submitted on Tuesday. Can you imagine losing the bread winner in the home and having to deal with a bunch of heartless people who don't want to help you. If you're reading this my honest advice is to you don't even consider using Old Mutual as a financial services provider you'll have a hard time with getting your claims processed not to mention some of the shady consultants. Old Mutual is heartless company with no morals and integrity all we want is what's rightfully ours and not their excuses.
