Old Mutual is a head ache that does want to go away

I requested a withdrawal on my invest in June 2021 and I was told to wait 10 days. After 10 day I was given no feedback and my money was not paid. I contacted old mutual again and I was told the matter was escalated and I should wait another 10 days. I waited, and waited.... I received no feedback. I went to their offices in pinelands in July and August and I still don't have my money. Dealing with old mutual is a headache and a nightmare I dont seem to be waking up from. They are unprofessional and ***********. I will never advise anyone to invest or take up a policy with old mutual. They don't give feedback, they don't action requests. They just don't care. They are quick to write business (take new policies and investments) but when they must pay you, the drag their feet and I feel they are doing it on purpose. I just want my money and this is stressing me out
