OLD MUTUAL IS A ***** THAT ****S PEOPLE OFF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY

This is not the first time I'm writing about this but, after almost three months I feel compelled, out of frustration and anger, to share again how Old Mutual **********ly took money from my salary and have still not returned it. I have become a regular at their branch in Taung where I have so far not received any satisfactory assistance. In fact, instead of them following up on the matter, they gave me an email address instructing me to basically do the follow up myself.

I would like to inform old mutual that I did not ask them to ***** my hard earned money or employ the ********** who did. I therefore do not understand why I have to jump through hoops to get my money back.

I have since learned that I am not their first nor their only victim. Most people have given up on their quest to get their money back for exact reason i am writing this review but I will not rest until I get my money back. I will do whatever it takes, even if it means involving the media and/or relevant TV shows that assist consumers with such issue. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
