Old Mutual is a ****
I opened a tax free saving account’s with Old Mutual for my 6 year old daughter and I was advised that I can withdraw anytime now I submitted a request to withdraw and I am being taken from pillar to post they sent me an email saying my case is closed and they refuse to give me my savings

27 Feb 2024, 20:18I am referring to my daughters policy this policy was not paid out I was told that my case is closed and I need to open another case I submitted when I opened this savings account I was not told of all these things you asking I was told that when I want to make a withdrawal I need to submit a request and I will get the money I want to withdraw and cancel this policy due unaffordability and you are making it difficult for me unnecessarily I am not asking for a loan I am asking for my money
