Old Mutual is a disappointment

Disappointed by Old Mutual My husband is one of the soldiers that died in DRC on January 2025,Mokete Joseph Mobe ..I went to old mutual to claim on the 17th of February 2025 and I have been going back and fourth with them requesting a police report which I don't have and have no means of getting,since the incident happened during an attack by M23 rebels..I was then requested to do an affidavit that supports my statement which I also didn't understand because the names of the 13 soldiers were published publicly..Till today I have no idea what is going except being told it is escalated and it's almost a month later..So much for South African heroes
