Old Mutual is a ****.

My Husband had a traumatic experience loosing his mother mid year in 2023. His mother had taken an investment plan with Old Mutual and processed all claims required but has been given the run around from this company regarding any sort of pay outs for the last 7 months. He has timelessly visited the Maponya branch but has not been assisted with this matter & has been told to be patient, problem is he has inheritance his mom's estate & needs the finances to take care of the property's upkeep how on earth is that going to be done when Old Mutual has such terrible service. I would never recommend to anyone & suggest people stay as far away from taking any plans from them. Truly disgusting.
