Old mutual is a big dissapointment and should not be trusted!!!
I have been trying to contact old mutual for days now. I am withdrawing from my retirement. They sent the incorrect directive to momentum 3 times that sars declined due to that old mutual is giving the incorrect directive. We have had no response from old mutual and it has been a month with consitent follows up with the incorrect directives reached. Please dont ever use okd mutual for anything they are absolutely unhelpful and never take calls no respond to emails. Do not waste any of your money with them!!!!
