Old Mutual is a big ****
**** a big ****! these people deducted my premium 4 times in 1 month! I have been calling in and sending emails for my refund since the 2nd of April and until today no refund and no update! I am ****ed off with them!

I called in again this morning and my call was placed on hold for more that 20 minutes,when the Lady (Anisha) came back my airtime was finished and the line cut. She did not even bother to call me back but she has all my details including my cell phone number! No man this is really not on.
