OLD MUTUAL IS A *****
I noticed that Old Mutual deducted premiums from my personal,I have nothing connected to them.Never had a policy with them.When I contacted Old Mutual customer service for assistance,I was advised to lodge a ***** case,which i did.3 premiums have been deducted thus far...everytime I call they promise to have the case resolved.Im losing money and it's not fair...don't know where to get assistance. Old Mutual and it's agents are a *****.I produced my documentation why can't they ask the person who impersonated me to produce his or her documentation? They want to ruin our life's.
