Old mutual is a **** 😤
Old mutual is a ****, on the 08 April 2024 I requested for a withdrawal in my retirement fund, I was told that it will take 15working days because they will have stop it first. They kept sending me notification, that I must wait 3-5 days it's on the final stage, they pass it to sars. When I call them on Saturday they said they can't help me they gave me the number I must call and when I call the number it rings once and cut my call. Now I am stuck I don't know what to do and who to call, Old mutual is ****!!!
