Old Mutual is a ****

Ive got problem with old mutual ive submitted claim of my late father 's last year May (retirement) ive submitted all documents that were asking to me. Last year August called me asking me about my siblings and their contact numbers ive submitted to them and also ask me about my father pension money . I visited their branch for follow up the person who was helping me he called them infront of and ask about this claim they told it is still on process. Even this year there were calling me asking me another contact of my fathers relatives ive already submitted and also they call me asking about my father little brother i told them many time that i don't know about his wereabouts . They told me there are going to write an email so that i can respond by writing what im telling them about my father's brother i didn't get the email from them I try to call them to ask them about that email I didn't get any help .I need your intervention on this matter because they told me the claim took 12 months but now it more than a year . Im so hurt because this is delaying the process of healing to me as i ' m still mourning the death of my father. All I need now is my father's money he invested to Old mutual . I want to cancel my retirement also to them i see no reason to have relationship with them after this matter . I wouldn't even recommend to anyone to join the retirement fund to Old Mutual .
