Old Mutual is a ****!!

I submitted a life cover claim almost a year ago for my mother i was sent from pillar to post for different kinds of documents upon taking out the policy no medical questionnaire was filled or tests done on the deceased, upon submission of her death claim medical reports were required. They stalled for 11months now they say the deceased was a high risk and doesn't qualify for a pay out after deducting all the monthly premiums.
