Old mutual is a ****

I made a claim in old mutual two weeks ago and they don't want to pay my money. I'm the first branch oxford branch they said my policy is on lapse pending I must bring proof of payments and I gave it to them l. I went to another branch GILLWELL mall they said the same thing. The head office is saying the policy has lapse but on the branches is on lapsed pending in stead in the head office they say I can continue with the same people to that are covered on the same policy but I can not claim for my mom. We have a funeral tomorrow I don't have money old mutual is telling me stories I want my money. Old mutual is a **** people have been telling me about olad mutual. I don't advice anyone with old mutual it must just close down. I don't know what to do now tomorrow we are suppose to lay my mom to rest with dignity but now I'm busy fighting old mutual
